f. digital content – products (goods) in digital form – both those sent electronically (e.g. product keys) and those saved on a medium (e.g. CD, DVD).
Your purchases will be delivered within 10 business days. If the product delivery time is longer, The approximate delivery time will be provided in the description of this product in our store.
The regulations describe the principles on which we sell products (goods), digital content and services.
The Regulations are part of the contract for the sale of products in our store.
If you want to shop in our store, write a comment or use other functionalities of our website – read and accept these regulations. II. Our products what we sell
We sell products (goods) that we present in our store.
As a seller, we are obliged to provide you with goods free from defects. We are also responsible for the compliance of our services in accordance with the contract you conclude with us. All products in our store are brand new, free from physical and legal defects and legally introduced to the Polish market. However, we can also sell products that have been used for a short time or used as a display – we mark and describe such products as outlets. III. Operation of our store how you can use our store
In our store you can: a. go shopping, b. take advantage of individual discounts, c. participate in promotions and competitions, d. evaluate products and write opinions about them, e. comment on articles (news and guides) on our website www.savexa.org f. register accounts on the forum at: www.savexa.org
To shop in our store, you do not need to register.
If you register an account in our store, you can additionally check your history – for example, information about orders in our system.
You can register an account for free in our store, among others: at https://www.savexa.org/rejestracja During registration, accept our regulations. We will send you confirmation of account registration by e-mail.
You can always delete your account in our store. To do this: a. send us an e-mail to: [email protected], from the mailbox assigned to your account; or b. call 50 06 62 952 from the number assigned to your account.
Our store’s website works properly if: a. you use the Chrome browser, Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Safari or Opera in the latest version, b. you have JavaScript enabled in your browser, c. you have cookies and website data enabled in your browser.

We sell products: in our store, by e-mail, online
We do not sell wholesale in our store.
You can place orders in our store via the website www.savexa.org, In our store you can do it in two ways: a. through your account, without creating an account – if you accept the regulations each time.
To shop in our store: a. read the product information, b. add products to cart – if available, c. choose delivery method, d. choose payment method, e. enter the recipient’s details, f. check summary of your order, g. place an order using the “Buy and pay” button.
In exceptional cases, we mark products as special offers. Products are a special offer in pre-order and on sale. We also mark products that have a high reputation this way interest or their availability on the market is limited. On the website of such a product we will include important data about it: how many pieces of the product you can buy per person, approximate date deliveries and other relevant information.
We will send confirmation of the conclusion of the contract to the e-mail address you provided in the order.
Your order is valid for 3 business days from the day we prepare it. If in this you do not collect the product, do not pay for it or we will not be able to contact you – we will cancel them. V. Delivery how we deliver your purchases
We deliver products anywhere in the world.
We deliver the products in the way you indicate: a. by courier, b. to parcel lockers, c. to collection points (Poczta Polska, Żabka, Ruch, Orlen and others),

Some products are delivered via our partner. However, this does not change yours rights regarding purchases and complaints.
When you collect the parcel, you confirm its receipt – with your signature or via the parcel locker system.
If you shop privately, from that point on you own and are responsible for the product
damage or loss.
- If you notice that the shipment or its contents are damaged or incomplete (even if
the packaging is intact) – report a complaint to the carrier. This will facilitate the complaint procedure.
a. When delivering by courier:
- submit a complaint directly to the carrier – it is best if you write to the courier
shipment status report. You can file a complaint with the carrier within 7 days from
receiving the shipment; or
- contact us (preferably within 24 hours of receiving the shipment) – via the form

b. When delivering by parcel locker:
- show damage under the parcel locker’s monitoring camera;
- place the damaged, unopened parcel in the same parcel locker box as it was
found and close this hiding place – in accordance with messages on the parcel locker screen;

When we accept a product from you on our website, we will issue you with a confirmation of acceptance service. This is the only document with which you can collect the product in our showroom without checking your data.
If you are purchasing several products, we can divide them into smaller shipments. In this case, the cost delivery time that we have provided to you in your order summary will not change.
If we are unable to fulfill your order, we may instead offer you other products of the same quality, purpose and price (substitution). You can choose whether you accept these products, or you may withdraw from the contract. VI. Payments how you can pay for your purchases
The prices of all products in our store are given in Polish zlotys. We provide gross prices, i.e. those that include VAT. The product price does not include shipping costs.
You can pay for your purchases in several ways – depending on the delivery method you choose. If we deliver the order You: a. by courier – you can pay: • online by instant transfer, card or Blik via Przelewy 24 (prepayment), • traditional bank transfer, • in the form of PayPo online deferred payment via Przelewy 24 (prepayment), • cash (on delivery), b. to the parcel locker and collection point – you can pay: • online by instant transfer, card or Blik via Przelewy 24 (prepayment), • traditional bank transfer,
We issue and send invoices in electronic form. We guarantee their authenticity origin and content integrity.
We will deliver each electronic invoice to the e-mail address you provide us or provide during registration. If you change your e-mail address, please notify us in writing or by e-mail. If If you do not do this, we will send messages to your current e-mail address treated as properly delivered.
We are not responsible for incorrect data on the invoice if you provide such data during registration or when you place an order.
Every time you place an order, you can opt out of the electronic invoice. If this If you do, we will issue and send you a paper invoice.
If you withdraw from the contract or when we positively consider your complaint in which you have chosen a refund, we will make the refund using the method in which the payment was made. VII. Digital content on what terms we sell them
When we sell digital content to you, we are only a distributor of it. We are not a licensor of the digital content we distribute. You conclude a license agreement with the licensor.
When you accept the license agreement when installing digital content, you are entering into an agreement with licensor. There are also digital contents that will not have such a contract – then provisions apply Act on Copyright and Related Rights.
When we sell digital content to you on a tangible medium, we are only liable for defects in the medium in which this content is recorded – for example CDs. We are not responsible for any defects in the content on this medium.
The licensor of this content is responsible for any defects in the digital content that we provide in the form of activation keys.
If you are shopping privately and purchasing digital content that is not saved on a tangible medium, we may – with your consent – provide you with this content before the 15-day withdrawal period expires contracts. This allows you to immediately use the content you purchase, but at the same time you cannot use it return it – your right to withdraw from the contract expires.
If you make private purchases and buy audio or visual recordings or programs from us computer products that we will deliver to you in a sealed package, and once you open them, you can no longer open them return – your right to withdraw from the contract expires.
In the case of digital content, their description on the packaging and on the product card includes information about: a. their functionality and compatibility with computer hardware i software; technical means of their protection.
VIII. The right to withdraw from the contract how you can cancel your purchase
If you make private purchases and conclude a distance contract – that is, you buy products in our online store, you can withdraw from the distance contract and return your purchases. The rules we describe in this chapter only apply to you in this case.
You can submit a return – i.e. withdraw from the contract – within 14 days from when you receive the product (you or a person you indicate, other than the carrier). You don’t have to give a reason.

You cannot return the product and withdraw from the contract if: a. with your consent, we have fully performed the service and informed you before starting benefits that after he eats we fulfill, you will lose the right to withdraw from the contract; b. with your consent, we delivered the digital content to you before the return deadline i we informed you that you will lose the right to it – we wrote more about this in the chapter VII: Digital Content; a. you are purchasing a product that we have prepared according to your individual specifications or on Your individual needs, for example a computer with individual assembly or a smartphone with engraving; b. you buy sound, visual recordings or computer programs from us that we will deliver it to you in a closed package and you will open it; c. we delivered the product to you in a closed package for hygiene reasons and health and you will open it. d. you bid for the product at a public auction; e. you are purchasing a product that, once delivered, due to its function, remains inseparable combined with other things, e.g. printer ink used.
If you use the product you return, you are responsible for the reduction its values. You may use the product just to check out its features and functions.
Send the product you are returning back to us as soon as possible – within 14 days from the date you notify us of the return. When you buy a product in a set with another product, you can only return the entire set. When you withdraw from the sales contract, you also withdraw from any additional contracts to this contract.
If you withdraw from the contract without giving a reason (within 14 days), you will bear the costs of sending back (returning) the product directly to us.
If, when placing an order, you choose a different method of delivering the products than the cheapest, regular one offered in our store – we will only refund the costs of the cheapest delivery method. shipments. IX. Complaints how you can fold them
If you buy products from us, you have the right to make a complaint.

If you submit a complaint using the form on our website, please wait until you hear from us message with instructions. When we accept your complaint, we will send you an email. We will provide your application number (number) and instructions on what to do next.
Your application number (number) is valid for 7 days. If you ship the product after this date, we may have trouble identifying it.

Once we consider your complaint, we can send you a document with the result of the service expertise.
You can collect the complained product in the place and form in which you delivered it to us.
You can collect the product within 30 days from when we notify you that we have considered your complaint. If you do not do this, we will send you a notice and set another 14-day deadline to collect the product. After this time, we will be able to charge you a fee for each month of storing the equipment. This fee is 5% of the current rate for 1 m2 of warehouse space in Gdańsk.
Most of the products we offer in our store are covered by the manufacturer’s or importer’s warranty
or ours. The warranty conditions can be found in the product warranty card. You have the right to use
product warranty, even if you do not receive a warranty card with your purchase. This resolution is not
does not exclude, limit or suspend your rights arising from consumer rights and
warranty provisions.
- If you are an entrepreneur, we mutually agree to exclude our liability under the warranty
(conformity of the goods with the contract). First of all, we agree with you that as a seller we will not
bear also liable for hidden product defects. This condition does not apply to purchases
private (point 1 d).
In matters not regulated in these regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply. 97 All disputes arising from the sales contract will be resolved by the court competent for the Seller’s registered office, unless the law provides otherwise.
If you are making private purchases, you have the right to use out-of-court methods of processing complaints and pursuing claims, you can: a. Submit a complaint via the EU ODR platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home2.show&lng=PL). Opinions, discussions and comments how to leave opinions, write comments and conduct discussions
In our store you can: a. leave opinions about products you buy; b. write comments; c. lead discussions.
The review you post in our store must be about the product. You can describe its advantages, disadvantages, functionality and experiences related to using the product – yours or your loved ones.
Your comments should be relevant to the topic the article you are commenting on.
You can write one opinion about a given product. We will not publish your subsequent reviews of the same product.
If you log in to your account in our store and buy a product, and then leave a review about that product, we will mark it with the “Confirmed Purchase” label.
Before posting an opinion, comment or entry in a discussion, make sure that their content complies with the law, good customs and does not violate the rights and personal rights of other people.
Your opinions, comments and entries in the discussion cannot: a. grossly violate the rules of correct Polish language; b. contain profanity; c. incite violence or hatred; d. promote racism; e. offend someone; f. express views that are contrary to generally accepted social norms; g. provide information that may indicate a crime or constitute unfair competition, infringes copyright or industrial rights; h. promote the products and services of our competitors; i. contain links to other websites; j. contain detailed personal data: neither yours nor that of the advisor you consulted you contacted.
You can attach one photo to your opinion. The photo must include the product or one of its functionalities. If your photo does not meet these conditions, we will not publish it.
Your photo should be in the following format: png, jpg, jpeg or gif. The photo cannot be larger than 10 megabytes.
You are responsible for the content of your opinions, comments and entries in the discussion. 12
If you post a review as a non-logged in user, we will ask you for your e-mail address possible contact. Your address will not be visible to other people.
The opinion you post is intended to help others choose the product. XI. Your data how we process and take care of your data
We process your personal data in accordance with applicable law and our privacy policy. The privacy policy can be found in the annex to these regulations.
We process your data personal data when: a. you shop in our store. We process your data when we handle transactions and the services you use when shopping; b. you use other services that are available on our website; c. you consent to marketing activities. to present you with content tailored to yours needs; d. we have a legitimate interest in processing your data (e.g. when you apply to us with claims).
You provide us with your data voluntarily. Please remember that if you don’t provide them to us, we won’t be able to offer you our products and services.

You always have the right to access your personal data – within the limits provided for by regulations laws. You can rectify, delete, limit their processing and object to them processing your data. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting compliance with the right to process your data, before its withdrawal.

Changes to the regulations how we can change these rules
If we change these regulations, we will make them available in our store at least 7 days before the new regulations come into force. The exception is the situation in which: a. we are forced to change immediately by a legal or regulatory obligation; b. we want to protect you against fraud, malware, spam, infringement data or other cybersecurity threats.
If you have an account in our store, we will inform you about any changes to the regulations the next time you log in. We will then ask you to accept the changes to the regulations. Changes to the regulations you accept by clicking in this message box. If you do not accept these changes, the system will warn you will log out. In such a situation, you can continue shopping in our store without logging in, in accordance with our regulations.
Orders placed before the new regulations come into force will be processed in accordance with previous rules.
